The unique mix of wood and plastic (PP and PE) is not only more environmentally friendly than conventional plastics (up to 70% less crude oil saved), it is naturally antibacterial. Here we make use of the antibacterial agents of the pine heartwood. Since the heartwood of pine is hard to process for the timber industry, we source the heartwood from there and thus also serve sustainability. No trees are felled for our toys. We have been awarded the eco-label for this active contribution to environmental protection.
