We wanted to reassure you that we are taking every precaution in processing your order as safely as possible and in line with government guidelines. Public Health England have advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19)

Although Royal Mail are extremely busy, which is causing some delay, we are working hard to ensure that all orders are processed quickly to ensure our daily collections are kept as regular as possible.
