The important stuff!
All deliveries are shipped with Royal Mail (unless it's super heavy, in which case we will use DHL or UPS)
We will dispatch regular orders within 1 working day
Clothing orders take longer as they are made to order, please allow 10-14 days for these.
Orders placed at the weekend or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day
If you need something posted more speedily please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate - we will let you know the price for that option before you place your order.
You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched and if appropriate tracking information provided.
Costs
Saver - 2nd Class - £3.95 (2-3 days)
Standard - 1st Class £4.95 (1-2 days)
Other items maybe calculated at checkout for heavier items - £8.99
Special - Next day by 9pm - (this is the amended time frame by Royal Mail from their previous 1pm guarantee) £10.95
Please be aware...
- that these times are approximate, and although we will do our best, with the ongoing Coronavirus Pandemic Royal Mail are experiencing high demand resulting in some delays.
- that delivery times are only from when payments have been authorised
- that we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched
Our Packaging
We are trying our best to keep packaging waste as low as possible so will be reusing postage boxes whenever we can. You might find your delivery arrives in an eBay or Amazon box. You might find that it's an old stock box. If it looks like it's been used - it most likely has! There may be times that your lovely order needs a new box for its size, and that's ok too - perhaps you could reuse that box the next time you are posting something aswell?
